We’re proud to call ourselves family-owned and operated since 1982. It all began with just four brothers making door panels in their garage. Since then we’ve grown to become the premier foam manufacturer in Southern California, creating premium custom foam products for a variety of industries.

We believe in quality and service above all else. We take extreme attention to detail to ensure our customers’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded in terms of order specifications, practicality, appearance, durability, and timeliness.

No communication barriers, currency conversions, or question of quality. We do it all in-house at both our Southern California and Rosarito, MX facility.

LOW TO HIGH VOLUME

Our manufacturing facility allows us to produce orders both large and small, from just a few seat cushions for a custom office, to a couple thousand seat assembilies for an auditorium.

We design, build, and use our own custom molds to create premium, one-of-a-kind products for our customers. Our engineering begins in house, along with skillful sub-contracting where necessary, using our own team of scientists, engineers, and designers working to create specialty foam products that are both long-lasting and of the highest standards of quality.
