#1 Engineering
A customer gives us a visual rendering or physical sample of the product they desire with their exact specifications and requests. Our engineering team dives deep into research and development to find the perfect solution to meet their needs.
#2 Design
From that information we design and develop a “plug” of the product for customer review and approval. This will give the opportunity to see the physical product design prior to creating the tool, thus allowing for adjustments or modifications at their request.
#3 Tooling

The provided test samples will be tested for the desired dimensions, feel and firmness, and physical appearance (PPAP can be provided by request).
#5 Production
#6 Distribution
Once the order is complete from the production side, we check each and every item for quality and ship them out to the customer.

Once the design has been approved, the tooling process begins. The tools can be built from fiberglass or cast aluminum.

#5 Production
This is when all the processes and decisions finally come together for the final product. Our orders range from one item to thousands, and our multiple facilities are capable of manufacturing them quickly and efficiently.
#6 Distribution
Once the order is complete from the production side, we check each and every item for quality and ship them out to the customer.
