We consistently deliver on time and pride ourselves on maintaining repeatable quality with safe materials. In addition, our staff receives standardized training and equipment maintenance training from day one.
Our foam formula reduces VOC emissions via lean manufacturing. Viscoelastic is an odorless foam where heat dissipation occurs through hole ventilation.
We use Chemical (HR – Polyurethane) that passed CAL 117-2013 and FMVSS302 burn rate (fire resistant) foam.
To start the process, we test the first poured piece per mold change on an IFD machine. Then, after meeting quality standards, we begin production and implement daily validation.
